설빙 (Sulbing) near Seomyeon Station.

Today I hangout with my new korean friend. We had rabokki and kimbap but i didnt take photo of it lol. But! The main thing is about Sulbing! Korean dessert cafe. It is one of my favorite cafe and it is because of their bingsu. Let me introduce...

I dont exactly remember the name but it is the combination of green tea and chocolate it is my favorite!! It was so good and i really recommend this one! The photo is a bit dark but trust me! Lol.

The first korean chingus i met in Busan xD
The most right is Hogi and next to him is his friend which i dont remember his name lol 미안해!

Nice to meet you guys!

Gwanggali Beach!

Usually to save money I had lunch at the guesthouse before i go and play outside kekeke. So today i made kimchi tuna fried rice and put some seaweed that i bought from E-Mart yesterday, it was so goooooood! I'm a good cook, said myself. HAHAHA.

Today we went to the famous Gwanggali Beach. You can take the subway to Gwangan station as shown in below map go out at exit 5 maybe, they provide the direction in the subway so no worries it is so easy :)

After 10mins walk you can see this view, it was awesome. I couldn't remember the last time i went to the beach.

I dont know why Lina laughed when she took this photo of mine and i ended up laughing in the photo lol this is the view during the day since it will be more beautiful at night so we decided to warm ourself in a cafe which will be another Ediya Coffee day! Because its cheap lol

This time i ordered hot Caramel Macchiato which is the same taste as Caramel Flatccino a bit bland but it was good :)

After an hour, we got to see this view near Gwanggali Beach!

The mood is romantic (again) some of them light up the fireworks and a lot of couples taking photos together it was quite fun and i dont know why i felt a bit melancholic tonight at the beach lol and there was a duet singer perform by the beach. Tell me how can i not feel melancholic! Hahaha. The lighting was really good i just love the ambiance there ❤

Trio!

The  we went to Yoogane to get dinner
It was Camille first time having Yoogane it was a bit spicy for her..
See those banchan (side dishes) thats what im talking about in the previous post kekeke but they still dont have pasta mayo like in one of the branch in Myeongdong. But still this is really good! As usual we ordered seafood fried rice.

Then walk back to the guesthouse below are the view in Gwanggali Beach area.

좋다! ❤

Bibimbap at E-Mart Food Court

Today I went to E-Mart with Lina and Camille. We had out late lunch there, its another bibimbap day! I love bibimbap!

Everything was really delicious maybe because i was so hungry. Kekeke. Oh something funny happened today at the food court.  When we are having our lunch suddenly there are 3 halmeoni (grandma) came near us and they cant stop saying yeppora which means pretty/beautiful to the three of us. We thought thats it. But it is not. They sat behind me and keep on looking at us and said yeppora like every 5 seconds! I didnt see them doing so but Lina and Camille did so it was funny and a little bit uncomfortable for us because we don't want to be rude but we were hungry at that time lol but it was a good experience though. Aigoo halmae 고맙습니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Then we went back to the guesthouse and it was the first time i check out the basement and i saw this...

Every journey begins with just a single step, yes it is true ❤

Things to do in Nampo-Dong!

The most famous Jagalchi Market, it is wet market so make sure to wear your boots. Haha. Weirdly it doesn't smell bad maybe because its winter but for sure I can smell the sea since it is close! They have a lot of weird creatures compare to in Malaysia I believe...

*I uploaded videos but its not working i guess

...and here is the market in a building, almost the same as the outside..

The price is quite expensive for us so we went out and.......it is the sea!

Then we walk towards Nampo-dong and saw some crowd I habe the feeling that someone popular was there and guess who???

Its Song Joong Ki!!! I saw him...on the poster because the were a lot of people and i am 145 cm people! HAHAHA.

Then we just walk and walk and decided to have coffee in a warm place which is Ediya Coffee. They sell cheap coffee but the taste is ok laaaaaaaa. I will make a special post about coffee in South Korea later *wink*

I choose caramel flatccino it was good but a little bit bland and the whipping cream is really sweet. Since i love caramel i decided to taste as much caramel drinks as possible from different outlet and i will let you know which one is the best for me. Before this i had Caramel Macchiato in Starbucks. For me i like Starbucks better compare to Ediya Coffee. More to come!!

So after we warm ourself, oh today i went out with Lina, Camille and Mai i dont have our photo together maybe next time! Then we went to the Busan Tower where I met my boyfriend HAHAHA you wish!

The ambiance is really romantic here. 남친 어다야!? ㅋㅋㅋ

So this is my boyfriend...introduce...

Lee Joon from MBLAQ hahaha. It doesnt look like him but i guess it supposed to be him lol so we took turn to feel like we have a boyfriend. This is Camille from France!

And Lina is lovey dovey-ing with Lee Joon lol. Next we went to the nearest Lotte Mall. As far as I know more korean is using KakaoTalk compare to Line but Line store is everywhere and people queuing up to take photos with their mascot, the big Ryan especially in Myeongdong which i never did. Since no one is queuing here so i took the chance kekekeke....

After so much walking we were hungry and saw a restaurant selling korean pancakes and i heard bindaetteok is really good here in Busan so we try it there. I dont get the restaurant name since we just walk and found it but the name could be korean pancake restaurant lol

We ate kimchi bindaetteok and seafood pancake. Both of them were really good! I didnt take note how much it cost but yeah bindaetteok is cheaper than seafood pancake. The difference is, bindaetteok is made from beans (not sure which bean) and pancake is made of flour and maybe they put eggs too. For me i like the taste and texture of bindaetteok better maybe because it is unique?

I'm lazy to edit the photos, bear with me people! Lol. Then when we were walking to go back at the guesthouse, there was a big dog (with its owner) and Mai play with it.

Can you see how big it is?! Almost Mai's height which means bigger than me. I'll just be the photographer and stay away from it (I'm scared of dogs) lolololol.

Today was really fun!!!

The best 비빔밥 (Bibimbap) near 서면역 (Seomyeon Station), Busan.

Today I had a very delicious bibimbap ever. Before I type more, let me show you the precious bibimbap in Seomyeon...

Actually the bibimbap come with egg + bulgogi/cheese + bulgogi etc but since having bibimbap with cheese is weird i choose egg + bulgogi but the problem is bulgogi (beef) is not halal so i told imonim to remove the beef. The exact price is 4500 won but i need to pay only 4000 won without bulgogi. So nice of imonim~

It comes with radish pickle which is really good, it taste sweet and sour, chicken bone soup (which i knew what it was after i put some in my bowl - didn't eat it ㅠㅠ) and the sauce i believe it is mixture of gochujang vinegar blablabla and some julienned onion which is the main ingredient of bibimbap.

I tweeted on the same day, it was something like this, nasi lemak (Malaysian traditional food) is almost the same as bibimbap, as long as the sambal/sauce is good then the meal will be delicious!

By the way, i forgot the restaurant name. It is a small restaurant near Nike store in Seomyeon. I will check it out again later and update the name here.

We have a new dorm-mate and she gave me this!

I am caramel lover how can I say no! Keke. She is from France! Thank you Camille!

Haeundae Market, Shinsaegae and Starbucks.

We were expecting to eat at The New York Guys near KyunsungDae station but it was closed like forever and we haven't had lunch when it was already 4pm. I was almost dying. We decided to check out the biggest Shinsaegae Department Store in Busan which is located in Centum City Station but it is just another department store with branded goods, we expect that it would be like Coex mall in Gangnam...

Next we just heading straight to Haeundae to get some food. We're dying remember! And nkthing seems interesting and there are few indian restaurants which we are not that interested...thank god i study a bit about Haeundae Market and its just near there. We found the first restaurant that sells seafood and just go inside without thinking more and turned out the food is cheap and delicious! The portion is big too!!!!

I had Dried Pollack Soup set with all the banchan ( side dishes) and Lina ordered Vege Bibimbap. Mine just cost ₩6000 which is so cheap for me. I was so full!! After we had lunner (lunch+ dinner) we explore the market a bit and it was so cold brrr there are a lot of street food and fruits and since it is wet market there are seafoods and veges soaked in salt water for kimchi making i guess. It was so interesting! We didn't get to see the beach because it was so dark and cold. Maybe we'll come again later ㅋㅋㅋ

After we came near our house we decided to stop by Starbucks buy coffees. It was in our wishlist to try Starbucks here in Korea since Korean loves coffee so we decided to give it a try.

It was cheaper here! Compare in Malaysia. I bought Caramel Macchiato for around  ₩5800 please dont convert, it is so cheap in korean won right!? No wonder they love coffees since it is cheap! I dont think we can get RM5.80 coffees in Malaysia ㅠㅠ and later I couldnt sleep because I had too much coffee. It was just tall size ㅡ.ㅡ

신전 떡볶이 and my favorite 참치마요컵밥!!

Today I made a lot of new friend in the exchange language program! Right after we finish the night, Joanne brought us somewhere to eat 떡볶이 and if I'm not mistaken the store name is 신전 떡볶이 (Shinjeon Tobokki) near the Kyungsung University Station. It was so good and I fall in love with the 참치마요컵밥 ( Tuna Mayo Cup Rice) this is a must try!!! I didnt take photo of 떡볶이 it is more soupy compare to the normal one but it was so good! The level of spicy is bearable and i love it so much. I only have this....

And now I'm hungry looking at this ㅠㅠ thank you Joanne!!

First time in Busan!

Today was my last day in Seoul ㅠㅠ my heart feels so heavy to leave Seoul. I've never been to Busan before maybe that's why. We took Mugunghwa train because it was one of the cheapest way to go to Busan, you can take bus which only take around 4hrs to reach Busan. Mugunghwa train took us almost 6 hours!!! HAHA. But it was fine since we need to get some sleep which we didn't get to sleep much the other night.

Busan is warmer than Seoul - a fact which I dont know before so i love Busan weather. After we arrived at the Busan station, I had noodles which i forgot the name and it is cheap! Just ₩4500 and it was delicious! I could say it was my first noodle dish in Korea lol and it turns out i didnt save the photos that i upload in igstory. So that was it.

More stories soon!!

*I'm missing this. First time my manager bought us extra large pizzas!

New Meerkat Cafe in Hongdae and DB Story - design your own phone case!

I found out about Meerkat Cafe in Hongdae thanks to my language exchange buddy, Laura! Since Lina is such an animal lover we decided to visit the cafe and it will be my first time seeing a meerkat! You can get to the cafe follow below direction (this was shown by Namjoo from Naver, couldn't find it in Google)

You can go by exit 9 and follow the map. Before we went to the cafe we stop by Yoogane to have our late lunch and expecting to eat a lot of side dishes like in Mueongdong branch but turns out it is not self service and there are only coleslaw and kimchi they don't even give danmuji my favorite! So far myeongdong branch near Line store is the best Yoogane branch.

For meerkat cafe it is the same like cat cafe or dog cafe you just need to buy drinks and then you can enjoy your time with the animals. I bought Iced Peach Tea maybe around ₩8000 the cup is taller so its quite satisfying for me compare to drinks in Cat Cafe in Myeongdong. Since I still have the flu, i feel uncomfortable to play with the animals so i just sit outside of the cage and look at them play with the animals. It turned out that they also have a raccoon! But i didn't get photos of the raccoon since it was running around.

I almost forgot! After we had yoogane. We went to DB Story store where you can design your own phone case!!! I got to know about this store thanks to ChonunMigookSaram youtube channel.

And this is the result!!!

Today was so fun! I can cross one of my wishlist now!
